Terms & Conditions of Service
Standard operational, contractual, and liability guidelines governing packing, loading, transportation, storage, and delivery services by AGGARWAL SUPERFAST PACKERS MOVERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Contractual Framework
By engaging AGGARWAL SUPERFAST PACKERS MOVERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U49231TN2026PTC195089, GSTIN: 33ABGCA1071R1ZH) for household relocation, office moving, vehicle transportation, or warehousing, the client (“Consignor”) implicitly agrees to these legally binding Terms & Conditions. These terms govern every quotation, Lorry Receipt (LR), Goods Consignment (GC) Note, and delivery execution.
2. Quotation, Inventory & Scope Adjustments
- Inventory Accuracy: Quotations are generated based on the explicit inventory list declared during physical survey or virtual assessment. Any additional items added on packing day will attract revised freight charges.
- Access Restrictions: Consignors must notify us of elevator restrictions, long-carry distances (greater than 50 feet from truck to entrance), or narrow access roads. Supplementary labor or shuttle vehicle fees apply if long-carries or floor climbs via stairs are required without prior notice.
- Specialized Dismantling: Standard dismantling includes basic beds and tables. Heavy wall-mounted items, split AC uninstallation, wooden carpentering, or electrical wiring alterations require third-party technicians and are billed additionally upon request.
3. Strictly Prohibited Articles
For transit safety and legal compliance under Indian motor vehicle acts, the following items are strictly prohibited inside container trucks:
🚫 Valuables & Cash: Physical currency, gold/silver jewelry, stock certificates, property deeds, and high-value personal documentation. Consignors must transport these personally.
🚫 Perishables & Contraband: Fresh produce, refrigerated food items, illegal substances, or unlicensed firearms.
4. Payment Schedule & Statutory Taxes
- Booking Deposit: A token advance (typically 10%–20%) is payable upon order confirmation to lock in packing dates and vehicle allocation.
- Dispatch Balance: Up to 80%–90% of the total balance must be cleared once packing and loading onto the primary transport vehicle are completed, prior to highway dispatch.
- GST & Tolls: Goods and Services Tax (GST SAC 9965) and highway toll charges are billed in accordance with government regulations and declared explicitly on the invoice.
- Official Accounts: All electronic payments must be transferred exclusively to accounts held under AGGARWAL SUPERFAST PACKERS MOVERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Cash paid to individual field labor without an official company voucher is not acknowledged.
5. Transit Risk & Insurance Terms
To protect against highway accidents, overturning, or natural catastrophes, consignors may opt for official Transit Cargo Insurance (charged at declared value percentages).
- Owner’s Risk vs. Carrier Risk: Shipments dispatched without opting for formal transit insurance travel under “Owner’s Risk” as per standard carriage rules.
- Inspection at Delivery: The consignee must inspect delivered packages before signing the physical Lorry Receipt (LR) copy. Any external container damage or missing packages must be noted on the LR copy at the time of unloading.
- Claims Window: Insurance claims must be filed in writing within 72 hours of delivery along with photograph/video proof and original policy documents.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the laws of India, including the Carriage by Road Act, 2007. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of services provided by AGGARWAL SUPERFAST PACKERS MOVERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
