2. Cancellation Timelines & Advance Refund Matrix

To qualify for a refund of your booking advance, cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email or official helpline before crew and vehicle deployment.

3. Free Date Rescheduling

Instead of canceling your booking, clients are entitled to one free date transfer if communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original packing schedule. The full advance payment will be transferred to your new move date, valid for up to 90 days from the original booking date.

4. Refund Processing Timeline & Payment Methods

• Approved Timelines: Once a cancellation request is verified, approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
• Mode of Repayment: Refunds are credited strictly back to the original source bank account, UPI ID, or credit card used during booking, in accordance with banking compliance standards.
• Cash Refunds: In compliance with anti-money laundering norms, cash refunds are strictly prohibited. All settlements are executed via official banking channels under the corporate account name AGGARWAL SUPERFAST PACKERS MOVERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
